Generally, commercial locations are more expensive than residential, which you buy or rent, therefore it is very important to utilize more space and to maintain an energetic environment in the workplace.
Every commercial space has its own requirements and preferences, like say for example display showroom cum office, office cum showroom or complete office like the reception area, waiting area, pantry, working desks, MD cabin and conference room etc.
Here we have designed a small office space area of 500 square feet with the best possible use, which is in B2B Agarwal Center at Malad West, Mumbai.
It was a corner office so we got some benefits like we were able to make arrangements that natural light can come inside every room, and also utilized the entrance door L shape corner with hidden shoe rack and letterbox.
The additional thing, that whole office is designed only with two colors which are off-white (ivory) and dark brown, If we talk about the furniture then it is also done with off-white PU polish.
So, here we designed
1.Reception area with an arrangement of PC & file storages.
2.Opposite side waiting area with 5 seater sofa, TV unit & fish aquarium.
3. Pantry with coffee machine, oven & mini fridge
4. Wash basin & toilet
5. Woking desk for a single person with file storage
6. MD cabin with TV unit, file storage & temple.
7. Conference room cum cabin with TV unit, file storage & 3 seater sofa.
There is more like we have used fabric wallpaper, carpet, texture paint, MDF sheet, indirect lights, hanging lights, leather sofas, back painted glass table top, mirror, roller blinds etc.
