A : As early as possible, usually within 10-15 days.

2 : What are the deliverables in 3D Design Service?
A : In 3D Design Service, we only provide 3D still images of every room and corners to visualize your home.

3 : What is the fee for 2D drawings?
A : Rs.5/- per sq. ft. of carpet area only, if 3D service is taken.

4 : What are the deliverables in 2D drawings?
A : 2D Elevations, Floor Plan, Furniture Plan, False Ceiling Plan, Electrical Legend, Material Details.

5 : What if I want to do only single room?
A : For single room it is Rs.3,000/- (up to 100 sq. ft.)

6 : How many times can you revise the drawings?
A : We provide only two times revision after the initial drawing.

7: How can I execute these 3D drawings?
A: We not only provide 3D drawings but also 2D detail drawings for execution purpose. (2D drawing charges is extra)

8 : Do you have a contractor?

A: No, we have provided many design service out of Mumbai like Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata etc.

12 : Is visit fees the same for all the locations?
A: Currently, we are providing site visits in Mumbai location only and our Rs.2,000/- visit fees is applicable only for Mumbai in 20km radius from our office. For the rest of the locations, charges may differ, talk to us..

13 : How can you provide design services without visiting our site/home?
A: Simply share your house floor plan (layout) with measurements and site photographs, then we will document your requirements over the phone and accordingly we will prepare the complete 3D & 2D design, so you can easily execute it at your end with your local contractor.

14 : If my carpet area is below 350 square feet then what would be the fee?
A: Our Rs.15/- per sq. ft. is applicable on minimum 350 square feet area, if your carpet is below 350 then you have to pay minimum Rs.5,250/- for 3D Design Service.

15 : Till how much time I can expect support from you for my design?
A: You have to complete your design approvals and changes within 30 days of time after you receive an initial drawing. After 30 days we can not provide any support or changes for the drawings. (No refund)

16 : What is your refund policy?
A: No refund once design work is started. Refund request should be intimated within 3 days before starting the work via email and call.
